Vizolution, in partnership with O2, are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Silver Award in the Omni-Channel category at the UK Digital Experience Awards.
Held on 22nd October at Wembley Stadium, the awards aimed to recognise and celebrate the delivery of exceptional customer experience across a range of industries.
Vizolution have been working with O2 as part of their upgrades and retention journeys. As well as 27% improvement in customer satisfaction, O2 have also seen a 47% improvement in compliance, a 36% increase in insurance sales and a 20% improvement in retentions.
