Vizolution are delighted to be announced as finalists in the Omni-Channel category at the UK Digital Experience Awards alongside O2
Now in their 4th year, the awards recognise industry leaders within the fields of customer experience and digital innovation.
Vizolution have been working alongside O2 as part of their retention journeys. O2’s aim is to use technology to enhance customers everyday lives and experiences, helping them to understand, access, enjoy and make the most of all that technology has to offer. By using vScreen O2 have found a solution to delivering lengthy compliance scripts, which previously accounted for up to 40% of call time, while ensuring customer loyalty and opportunities for cross-selling products are maximised.
