    Vizolution picks up 3 CX awards on same night

    Vizolution enjoyed an unprecedented evening of success after picking up two awards in London and one in Glasgow on Nov 15.


     

    Our market-leading customer experience technology received recognition for innovation, growth and the best use of technology. We help enterprises streamline complex customer journeys into effortless experiences, by replicating the qualities of face-to-face interactions in their remote channels.

     

    In the first awards ceremony of the night, Vizolution debuted on the Deloitte Fast 50 list, ranking 40th out of the top 50 fastest-growing UK technology companies.

    In our second event of the night, we, in partnership with our client, O2, won the Best CX Transformation Through Technology Partnership category at the CCA awards in Glasgow for the use of our innovative live-sharing solution in O2’s renewal and retentions journey.

     

    “It’s incredibly rewarding to receive the Best CX Transformation Through Technology Partnership at this prestigious awards ceremony. This award recognises of all our hard work, and of course Vizolution’s, to improve the customer journey and make processes as effortless as possible. The technology has helped us transform both our business operations and customer experience,” said Lesley Heaney, Head of Customer Service Commercial and Complaints at O2.

    Our night was topped off with the discovery that we, alongside RBS, received the Highly Commended award in the ‘Best Use of Technology – Non-Lenders’ category at the Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards in London, for our work in enabling the bank to offer the UK’s first ever completely paperless mortgage process.

     

    Vizolution has enjoyed a major year of international growth and expansion, with openings of new offices in Boston, US and Toronto, Canada, as well as a brand-new Silicon Valley-inspired office in Port Talbot. We also recently received £10m in investment from our clients Santander, RBS and HSBC, which will allow us to develop and deliver the best and most innovative solutions for our clients’ customers.

     

    Mr Safran added: “We will continue our growth trajectory in the coming years by focusing on extending our global footprint, especially in North and South America, and by adding new products to our suite of innovative solutions.”
