We are very proud to announce that we, alongside RBS, have received a nomination at the 2019 CX Innovation Awards!
Vizolution and RBS have been shortlisted in the Customer Experience Product Innovation category at this year’s awards, which will be held on May 15 in Salt Lake City.
Now in its 8th year, the CX Innovation Awards recognises new practices that improve customer experience, have a strong business impact and advance the field of customer experience for other organisations.
Our joint entry is for the RBS mortgage application journey, which, through the use of Vizolution’s vScreen and vDoc technology, was completely transformed into the UK’s first ever completely paperless end-to-end process. The project has been successful across all KPIs, including an NPS score of 79 for Q1 2018; an average saving of 11 days per customer journey; and a 100% decrease in paper, resulting in over 7 million pieces of paper saved per year.
“We had some incredible CX initiatives submitted this year for competition and look forward to highlighting these programs and the takeaways that can be adapted by other organisations to improve their experiences as well,” said Diane Magers, chief executive officer for CXPA.
