Vizolution and O2 were delighted to be awarded bronze in the ‘best innovation in customer service’ category last night at Europe’s largest and longest running customer contact awards, the ECCCSAs.
O2 have been using Vizolution’s vScreen platform within their contact centres to transform upgrades and retentions journey. By empowering their front-line agents with the digital tools to display product information on a customer’s screen and collect e-signatures, O2 have seen a 31% reduction in drop off rates, 47% improvement in compliance and 27% increase in customer satisfaction.
Head of customer service at O2, Mark Gait, said “I’ve been really impressed with the collaborative approach Vizolution have taken with us, in particular taking the time to really understand our requirements and our business. Held in Battersea and attended by over 1000 industry experts, the awards were hosted by BBC News Anchor Fiona Bruce, with a guest appearance from world renowned explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes. The awards follow on from our recent wins at the Deloitte Fast 50, Sunday Times Tech Track and CCA awards.
